| Dear Apple,
You suck. I love your products, but they break pretty often, and your warranties are terrible! I have to thank you, however, for replacing my ipod (albeit, with a refurbished one from an unknown source), but this new problem I have with my power cord is unforgivable! The Macbook Pro charger is known to be faulty, since the hub between the magnetic connection and the wire is really really weak, and yet you do not warn against this, nor do you cover it in your warranty (which is only one year long, and was already 2 months expired by the time this wear and tear occurred!). But to make things worse, no Apple stores within a 50 mile radius carry the charger! How am I supposed to keep my Macbook Pro up and running? HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO USE IT?! And to make matters worse, the normally $79.99 charger is also backordered online (with a $12 shipping and handling fee), and won't be SHIPPED for another 3-4 weeks. IT HAS BEEN 2 AND A HALF WEEKS since I've ordered it AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM YOU. WILL I EVER GET IT? WHAT IS GOING ON. MY COMPUTER NEEDS POWER. And when you ship it to me, this had better not happen again.

You suck. And you are such a TEASE. Stop making awesome products that break so easlily. It's like if BMW made their 650i automatically break down at 20,000 miles.
What is up with the red ring of death and your notoriously bad customer service???? You should adopt a policy more like Apple, where you can quickly detect a problem (maybe you should start a genius bar or something just for Microsoft products) so that problems can be fixed faster. I want to play Halo3, why must you make me wait so long? This is entirely unfair. At least give customers an extra month of gold membership for XBOX Live to make up for lost time.

Dear China,
Stop making products that break so easily. I'm ashamed of you. You dishonor your own name! Respect, honor, and more money can be yours if you make products that last until at least they become obsolete! COME ON, you know that this technological world is really fast paced, so of course technology will go out of style in maybe 5-6 years. That's a pretty low goal to aim for.
Of course, if this is all a scheme to make American companies more dependent on your manufacturing for replacements, I understand a little more. BUT STILL, AS A CONSUMER WHO DOESN'T LIKE TO SPEND MUCH MONEY (much like you, only without a military to invest it in), I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU.
